Have any of you considered wanting to sleep the day away? Feelings of exhaustion, and depression, lack of sunlight and energy getting you down.  Well you are not alone.  The new energy wave are upon us and we are gearing up for the New Spring Equinox for March 20 & 21st.  New Beginning and New Energy, we can hardly wait!!!
In the meantime if you can take some down time and enjoy do it, I am sure your body will appreciate the rejueventation and time out!!!
